QDX small submersible pump is composed of water pump, seal and motor. The motor is located at the upper part of the electric pump, which is a single-phase or three-phase asynchronous motor; the pump is located at the lower part of the electric pump, which is of centrifugal impeller and volute structure; the double end face mechanical seal is used between the water pump and the motor, and the "O" shaped oil resistant rubber seal ring is used as the static seal at each fixed stop.
The shaft of electric pump is plated with hard chromium, which effectively improves the abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance of the shaft, and is conducive to the maintenance and disassembly of the impeller.
The motor is equipped with thermal protector, which can automatically disconnect the power supply to protect the motor in case of phase loss, overload and motor overheating.
Due to its small size and light weight, this series of electric pumps are especially suitable for underground pumping, farmland irrigation, garden irrigation and domestic water supply in rural areas.
